Which CRMs Are Agents Actually Happy With in 2025? Honest Answers Only

I’ve been on Follow Up Boss for three years and I’m starting to wonder if I should look around. Not because anything is broken โ it does what it says โ but because every other platform is launching AI features that make me feel like I might be leaving something on the table. Or maybe that’s good marketing and FUB is still the right call. What are you actually using in 2025, and are you genuinely happy with it?

Still on FUB, tested three others in the past year including one with all the shiny AI features. Came back. The AI stuff sounds compelling in demos but requires data hygiene in your contact records that most agents (including me) don’t actually have. Garbage in, garbage out. What FUB does well is stay out of your way and let you build the system you want. The mobile app is genuinely usable, integrations are solid. I don’t love it, but I trust it โ and for a CRM that matters more.

Team of eight here, we’re on LionDesk. Not my first choice โ I inherited it โ but the texting and email automation is solid for what we pay, and the video email feature gets better open rates on drip sequences. Support is inconsistent. Honest answer to “which CRM is best”: the one you’ll actually use consistently. I’ve watched agents buy the expensive platform and log in twice a month. The CRM doesn’t close deals, the follow-up does.

Really helpful, thank you both. Sam’s “the CRM you’ll actually use” point is the thing I keep coming back to. I think my real issue isn’t the platform โ my contact records are a disaster and no automation will fix that without the unglamorous cleanup work first. Carla, what does your data hygiene process actually look like? Periodic scrub or as-you-go? That feels like the missing piece more than the software itself.
